What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If the postal service returns a package to us because an invalid address was provided or the package was not claimed, we will contact you and schedule a re-delivery at your expense. Re-delivery shipping fees will equal the exact dollar amount needed to ship the package. Once repayment shipping fees have been received, your package will be re-shipped the next business day. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as the postal office will not reimburse us for re-shipping your package.
Please be sure to review and double check your order and size(s) before placing your order, as we do only accept returns or exchanges if a mistake with your order was made on our behalf. If this were to happen, all fees associated with the exchange would be at our expense. If a mistake is made with your order, please notify us within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds will only be given once we have reached an amicable decision, or if an order cancellation is made within 2 hours of purchase (no guarantees).
Refunds or exchanges are only given if the order was wronged on our end. Please be sure of your sizes before ordering

We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order, this means that as soon as you order, your order is made (this does not include the processing period). Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays or weekends. Production of items take up to 10- 12 business days.
Once your order is marked shipped, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mailing, which will take approximately 2-3 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). A tracking number will also be sent upon shipment to the email address provided during checkout.
International orders are shipped via USPS standard international mailing, which will take approximately 7-21 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). International customers will be provided with a customs number that can be used to track orders up until the package leaves US customs.
International orders 5 pounds and over will be shipped via International Priority mailing, which takes approximately 3-10 business days to be delivered, and a tracking number will be provided.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with international orders, as they are the responsibility of the customer. By law, the order value must be placed on the package, and any fees amounted will be dependent upon the laws and regulations within your respective country.
What if I want to Change my Address?
Should you need to change the shipping address of your product, contact us immediately. If the product has not shipped, we will be able to fix this in our backend for no additional fee. However, should the package have shipped prior to us receiving the updated address from you, there is a $10 fee for having the product sent to a different address. This fee will cover us having the product shipped back to us, to then be shipped to the correct address you specify. A change of address, once the order is shipped, is only possible on orders placed within the United States.
Please, keep in mind, we will not be doing refunds of cash or credit for purchases that have been paid for and shipped to the wrong address. The shipping address is displayed in your order confirmation, which is received after checking out. Also, we are not responsible for purchases made with PayPal that are have not been updated to match your current / desired shipping address!
Do you offer Kid Sizes
If you are interested in Kid sizes please email us and we will send you an invoice via Paypal. Kids items are special requests. We do not carry them on the site.
International orders may be subject to duties and customs taxes which are payable to your country's customs department. You must bear any sort of additional charges for customs clearance; we have ZERO control over these charges and cannot predict if there may be charges or not or how much they may be. If you do not pay for customs charges, the delivery man will not release the package to you. We will not pay for additional shipping charges to have your order send back to us and will abandon the package instead. In this case, we will not be able to issue any refund as well.
What if something is wrong with my order?
